Desert Rose Band

• WHAT: Desert Rose Band sponsored soft ball tournament
• WHEN: Saturday, April 19th from 9:00AM-5:00PM
• WHERE: Peaks View Park – fields #2, #3, and #5
• WHY: To benefit the Lynchburg Humane Society and give animals a second chance

 

Annual Paws on Peaks View Dog Walk
presented by Dawson Ford Garbee & Co., Realtors.

This is going to be big fun. There will be free food, games, prizes, canine skills demonstrations, and all kinds of booths with pet info and gifts.  Blue Ridge Massage will even be there to give chair massages for weary walkers.

After the Walk, The Dog Boys, a favorite local band, will play pro bono for the dogs!  Doncha just love it!

• WHEN: Saturday, May 3rd at 10am (9:30am – registration begins)
• WHERE: Peaks View Park – Wiggington Rd. entrance, look for the paw print signs
• WHY: To benefit the Lynchburg Humane Society and give animals a second chance

It’s a one mile loop sponsored walk.  Ask friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers to sponsor you in the Walk.  Any donation is welcome.
